FY2002-2003 Lottery Checks Pre-doctoral Program - Summer Internships

Checks with reference to ADNOAT 03-70 are being mailed to Fullerton, Hayward, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose, San Luis Obispo, San Marcos and Stanislaus to fund the FY02 pre-doctoral program. This is in accordance with the 2002-03 Lottery Program approved by the Board of Trustees.

The check is referenced as "Pre-doctoral program." These transactions should be treated as non-expenditure fund transfers from the Lottery Fund to the local trust fund. Campuses are requested to record these disbursements in their local trust accounts as follows:
