Non-Delegated CWIP FY 02-03

 

Beginning with fiscal year 2002-03, the non-delegated CWIP will be distributed via AD NOAT instead of a GAAP entry.

The following attachment provides the current year non-delegated CWIP by campus. Several campus property managers/coordinators have received invoices in the past related to the infrastructure terminal resources project (ITRP) from Ellyce Gordon at the Chancellor's Office Operations Department. Those campuses are:

  • Pomona
  • Dominguez Hills
  • San Bernardino
  • Sonoma
  • Los Angeles
  • Long Beach
Please consult with your campus property manager if those invoices were recorded in the inventory records. If so, they need to be reversed to avoid duplicate recording of the asset.

Capitalization Letters for completed projects will be distributed via a separate AD NOAT.
