Lottery Trust Fund Transfer 4TH Quarter Transfers for FY02

Beginning with fiscal year 2002-03, Lottery Fund disbursements will be processed by check instead of allocation order, as in the past. The only exception to this is for Humboldt State, which will be by an Allocation Order. A check with reference to ADNOAT 03-61 is being mailed to each campus to fund the 4th quarter fund transfers for FY02. This is in accordance with the 2002-03 Lottery Program approved by the Board of Trustees.

The check is referenced as "Lottery 4th Qtr FY02." These transactions should be treated as non-expenditure fund transfers from the Lottery Fund to the local trust fund. Campuses are requested to record these disbursements in their local trust accounts as follows:
