Accounts Receivable Report

This coded memo is to notify all CSU campuses that we are no longer required to submit the annual accounts receivable report previously required by Chapter 1224, Statutes of 1994 (known as Accounts Receivable Management Act). Specifically, Government Code Section 16582, which had required all state agencies to submit an accounts receivable report annually to the state legislature budget committee chairs and others, was repealed by Chapter 745, Statutes of 2001, thus eliminating the submission requirement.
