A Plan of Financial Adjustment TR019134 has been sent to the State Controller's office charging campuses for the amounts shown on Attachment B. These amounts are considered as a loan to Chancellors Office to help San Francisco Campus to offset their housing fund shortfall. A copy of our memo signed by the Executive Vice Chancellor is enclosed as Attachment A.

Campuses are requested to make the appropriate entries into their accounts.
