The attached spreadsheet from the California State University Risk Management Authority identifies the annual risk pool contributions your campus will pay for fiscal year 2001/2002. Only the amounts listed as "PFA AMOUNTS" will be charged to your campus, as some campuses have made payments by check. Each campus should have already received their invoices, listed by invoice number on the spreadsheet.

The State Controller has been requested to record these charges with Transfer Request 019018 dated September 4, 2001.
