  2001/02 Centrally Paid Parking Expenditure Charges

In accordance with Financing and Treasury memorandum FT 01-05 dated May 23, 2001, the centrally paid costs for fiscal year 2001/02 will be charged via Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA) during the first ten months of the year, unless your campus has requested to be invoiced.

The State Controller’s Office has processed the charges for July and August 2001 on PFA 019002.

Additional transfers will occur once a month through April 2002. Campuses should record this and subsequent journal entries listed on Attachment A.
