A Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA) TR019007 has been sent to the State Controller's office charging campuses for the Energy Efficiency Revenue Bond payment for fiscal year 2001/2002.

The enclosed attachment lists the principle, interest and service charges where applicable for each contractual payment. Campuses are requested to make the appropriate entries into their accounts.
