Distribution of FY 1999/2000 CERF Interest Earnings and Accrued Commission on The Extended University Revenues

In accordance with the memorandum dated April 27, 2001 from Dr. Edward M. McAleer, included as Attachment A, the Continuing Education Revenue Fund systemwide distribution for the fiscal year 1999/2000 is being transferred to the campuses.

Due to the implementation of AB2812, campuses will be receiving checks this year rather than the transfer request used in prior years. Campuses will have the option of depositing the money in CERF Fund 573 or Trust Fund 948.

The journal entry should credit sub-code 2440, transfer in from CERF.
