Attachment A reflects Pro Rata Charges of Expenditures on systemwide office records for the period January 1 through May 31, 2000. The indicated expenditures will be transferred to campus accounts in the current fiscal year on Plan of Financial Adjustment 999205. Expenditures incurred in the final month of the fiscal year, June 2000, will be passed down in fiscal year 2000/2001.

Please record the journal entry annotated on attachment A. Attachments B and C are for information only regarding the Monterey Bay and Channel Islands transfers.
