AD NOAT 99-41 referencing both the Energy Efficiency Revenue Pond payment and related PFA 999020 was sent to the campuses on 8/27/99. A recent analysis resulted in a revision of the original schedule. Therefore, there are three attachments to this AD-NOAT which are explained below.

Attachment A: is the schedule which was attached to AD-NOAT 99-41.

Attachment B: is the revised schedule.

Attachment C: is the schedule of corrections indicating the differences where applicable.

Please note the revised schedule does not change the amount which was on PFA 999020. The difference is an increase to principal and a decrease to interest charges for an equal amount (see Attachment C); the servicing fee remains the same. Therefore, campuses should make the appropriate adjusting entries for principal and interest.
