Subject:	Management Memo 95-02
	This coded memo is to remind you that the legislation, Chapter 1224 - Statutes of 1994, which initiated Management Memo 95-02 does apply to the CSU, expiring January 1, 2002. The legislation enacted Government Code Sections 16580 through 16587, which created the Accounts Receivable Management Act. After discussion with campus representatives, it was determined that each campus will prepare and submit the report using data as of June 30, rather than September 30, as indicated in the Management Memo. It was also decided that Title IV funds would not be included in this report. The report is due no later than December 1 of each year. Attached is the current mailing list for submission of the required report.
