	The enclosed attachment reflects interest earned from investments through the Surplus Money Investment Fund for the Lottery Education Fund. The period covered is January 1 through July 31, 1999. Allocation orders will be issued to transfer the amounts in the last column to each respective campus. At year-end, these funds should be included in the discretionary funds report.
