The State Controller’s Office has been requested to reflect the transactions indicated for your respective campus on the attachment with Transfer Request 989059 dated November 12, 1998.
This transaction represents funds that were remaining in the construction account when the projects were completed. In accordance with the bond covenants, these funds were applied to partially offset the August, 1997 debt service obligation. The campuses noted on the attachment were charged the full amount for this obligation in 1997, this PFA is refunding the excess.
