Subject: Dormitory Revenue Fund-Housing and Parking Reimbursement

In accordance with Financing and Risk Management (FRM) memorandum 98-09, included as Attachment A, reimbursements for the 1995/96 and 1996/97 centrally paid costs for the Housing and Parking Programs are being distributed. The State Controller’s Office has been requested to make the transfers noted on Attachment B with Plan of Financial Adjustments 989014 for the Housing Program and 989015 for the Parking Programs. Attachment B also provides journal entry information, which should be recorded by the listed campuses.
