Transfer Request 989008 has been prepared to charge the pertinent campuses for Energy Efficiency Revenue Bond payments for fiscal year 1998/99.

The enclosed attachment annotates the principal, interest, and service charge where applicable for each contractual payment. Campuses are requested to make the appropriate entries into their accounts. Until the State Controller issues a journal entry, these items will remain as reconciling items.
