Subject: Prior Year General Fund Appropriations
As stated in Executive Order 648 The Chancellor’s Office (CO) is authorized and directed to transfer funds subject to reversion prior to the date that the funds are no longer available for encumbrance. Accordingly, the CO has initiated Plan of Financial Adjustments (PFA) to clear all remaining budget balances available in campus general fund appropriations for fiscal years 1993/94, 1994/95, and 1995/96. The PFA’s, 979154 and 979155, were posted on June 19, 1998 by the State Controller’s Office with account balances as of June 18, 1998 used as the basis for fund availability.
