The State Controller’s Office has been requested to reflect the transactions indicated for your respective campus on the attachment with Transfer Request 979159.

Because the request for these transactions were sent to the Accounting Department after the State Controller’s Office cutoff date of June 12, 1998, they will not be processed by the State Controller until July 1998. Campuses should record the charges as an accounts payable to the Chancellor’s Office, account control 2027.
