Subject: Transfer Request 979136

During the month of June 1998, the State Controller's Office will be reversing Transfer Request 979062, which was processed on March 6, 1998 (refer to AD NOAT 98-04 attached.) This transfer reimbursed campuses for their remaining Student Friendly fees.

The State Controller's Office has been asked to reprocess a portion of the prior transfer transaction relating to uncollected fees for students who did not qualify for a fee waiver through October 31, 1997. Transfer Request 979136 will credit the campus' prior year and current year general funds per the attached worksheet. The Chancellor's Office will be issuing warrants to the campuses for the remaining amount by the end of June 1998.
