Subject: Student Friendly Activity through March 12, 1998

Cumulative electronic student application activity for your campus is detailed on the attached worksheet. This information may be used to assist in reconciling cash receipts to total applications received.

The report is composed of three sections:

(1) a cumulative listing of applications and their current status;

(2) a summary by application status; and

(3) listings of current month payments, fee waivers and void transactions.

Individuals who have not yet responded to collection attempts are included in the "Unresponsive" section. Please discontinue processing applications for those listed.

This will be your last Student Friendly Activity Report. With the application process over for the Spring 1998 semester, the Chancellor's Office does not anticipate receipt of additional application fees. Last deposit for these fees was made on March 11, 1998. Any checks received after this date will be forwarded to the campuses for deposit. A warrant is enclosed for fees which were collected during the months of January, February, and March of 1998.
