In accordance with the memorandum dated September 15, 1997 from Dr. Edward M. McAleer, included as Attachment A, the Continuing Education Revenue Fund systemwide distribution for the fiscal year 1997/98 is being transferred to the campuses.

We have requested the State Controller's Office make the transfers indicated on Attachment B with Plan of Financial Adjustment 979024. The journal entry described on the attachment should be recorded by the listed campuses.
