A Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA) letter has been prepared to charge the pertinent campuses for Energy Efficiency Revenue Bond payments for fiscal year 1997/98. All applicable charges will appear on PFA 979002, dated August 15, 1997.

The enclosed attachment annotates the principal and interest for each contractual payment. Please note there is no service fee this year. Campuses are requested to make the appropriate entries into their accounts. Until the State Controller issues a journal entry, these items will remain as reconciling items.
