Subject: Computer Associates License Fees Fiscal Year 1996/97

The attachment to this AD NOAT represents campus charges associated with the software license agreement with Computer Associates for fiscal year 1996/97. In the column marked "Paid" are amounts each campus paid to Computer Associates prior to the conclusion of the agreement. These amounts have been deducted from the amount paid to Computer Associates by the Chancellor's Office. The amount in the "Total" column is the net charge to each campus.

The State Controller has been requested to record these charges with Transfer Request 969122 dated January 6, 1997.
