The Facilities Revenue Fund-Health Facilities 1996/97 systemwide costs are being transferred from each campus to the systemwide office in accordance with APB 96-09 dated July 23, 1996, Attachments A and B.

We have requested the State Controller's Office make the transfer for Attachment B with PFA #969078. The journal entries described on Attachment B should be recorded by the listed campuses.
