PFAs 969039, 969040 and 969042
This memo is to notify the campuses
that the Chancellor's Office has sent three PFAs to the State
Controller to record the following charges to the campuses:
PFA 969039 charges the campuses for
passwords related to sign-up and renewal of subscriptions to various
on-line services. Attachment A indicates the breakdown of these
charges. Please use the reference numbers on Attachment A.
PFA 969040 charges the campuses to
ensure that the interlibrary loan component of the Academic Information
Services Cooperative continues in the 1996/97 fiscal year. Attachment
B indicates the charges for each campus. Please reference #967-5.

the Student Information Management System (SIMS):
