A Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA)
letter has been prepared to charge each campus for its share of
the 1996/97 contractual benefits administration costs. As stated
in Budget Memo 96-03, the current year reimbursement costs are
equal to the campus permanent allocations. The applicable costs
are noted on the enclosed attachment and appear on PFA 969023,
dated August 6,1996.
