A Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA) letter has been prepared to charge the pertinent 
campuses for Energy Efficiency Revenue Bond payments for fiscal year 1996/97.  All 
applicable charges will appear on PFA 969002, dated July 16, 1996.

The enclosed attachment annotates the principle, interest, and service fee for each 
contractual payment.  Campuses are requested to make the appropriate entries into their 
accounts.  Until the State Controller issues a journal entry, these items will remain as 
reconciling items.
