Attachment A reflects Pro Rata Charges of Income and Expenditures on systemwide office records for the period ending May 31, 1996. Any additional Pro Rata Charges of Income and Expenditures for June 1996 will be transferred next fiscal year.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to make the transfer indicated on Attachment A with PFA #959290 for revenue and PFA #959291 for expenditures. The journal entries described on Attachment A should be recorded by the listed campuses.

Attachment B reflects allocation orders being processed to cover Pro Rata Charges of Expenditures thru June 30, 1996. After PFA #959291 has been posted by the State Controller's Office, the allocation balance should remain available for expenditures to be transferred next fiscal year.
