The State Controller's Office has been requested to process the following transactions:
(1) Allocation Orders (573-000) Campus Agencies Attachment A reflects the allocation orders being processed to adjust campus current year (1995/96) budget balances to equal their April 30, 1996 cash balances as outlined in AD NOAT 96-06.
(2) Transfer Request 959260 dated May 10, 1996 Attachment B reflects the campus CERF reserves being transferred to establish a one million dollar ($1,000,000) Extended University (CERF) Loan Fund within systemwide reserves. This is in accordance with the memorandum dated April 16, 1996 from Dr. Edward McAleer shown as Attachment C. The journal entry described in Attachment B should be recorded by the listed campus.
