The State Controller has been requested to process SEIR charges with Transfer #959238 
dated April 18, 1996.

The purpose of this PFA is to transfer funds from participating campuses to cover the 
95/96 cost of the Interactive Math Site License through Academic Systems Corporation and 
to assess the San Diego State and San Francisco State campuses for the sign-up and 
renewal of online information services related to a special LEXIS-NEXIS program for 
administrative offices only.

Campuses indicated on the attached list are requested to make the appropriate entries for the 
charges.  This will be a reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the controller 
issues a journal entry.
