Printing costs for the 1996/97 Undergraduate Application for Admission Booklets are 
shown on Attachment A.  The printing costs for the 1996/97 Graduate Admission Booklets 
are shown on Attachment B.

The State Controller has been requested to process the total charges on the attachments with 
Transfer #959195 dated March 5, 1996.  Campuses listed are requested to make the 
appropriate entries for the charges.  This will be a reconciling item with the Controller's 
balance until the Controller issues a journal entry.
