Attachment A reflects Pro Rata Charges of Income and Expenditures on systemwide office records for the period June 1 thru June 30, 1995. Attachment B reflects Pro Rata Charges of Income and Expenditures on systemwide office records for the period July 1 thru December 31, 1995.

We have requested the State Controller's Office make the revenue transfer with PFA #959149 and the expenditure transfer with PFA #959150. The journal entries described on Attachments A and B should be recorded by the listed campuses.

Allocation orders posted to the campus unions include our best estimate for pro rata charges through June 30, 1996. After PFA #959150 has been posted by the State Controller's Office, the allocation balance should remain available for the June 30, 1996 pro rata charges.
