This memo is to notify the campuses that the Chancellor's Office has prepared a transfer 
request to charge each campus for on-line access for the following services:

	1.	Lexis-Nexis from December 1, 1995 thru June 30, 1996.

	2.	Gale Research Inc. (GaleNet) from January 1 thru December 30, 1996.

	3.	OCLC ASCII (Full Text) from January 1 thru September 30, 1996.

The State Controller has been requested to process the charges on the attached list with 
Transfer #959148 dated January 16, 1996.  Campuses are requested to make the 
appropriate entries for the charges.  This will be a reconciling item with the Controller's 
balances until the Controller issues a journal entry.
