Subject:	Distribution of Parking Program Reserves


The Parking Program Reserves are being transferred to the campuses in accordance with 
APB 95-11 dated October 10, 1995 from Mr. Richard K. Leffingwell, Director of 
Auxiliaries Planning and Bonds.

The attachment reflects the transfer from the Dormitory Revenue Fund-Parking Program 
(580-262) to the individual campus Parking Revenue Fund-Parking Fees (583-302). Please 
note that reserve distributions to Chico and San Marcos will be made at a later date.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to make the distribution with Transfer 
Request #959147.  The journal entry described on the attachment should be recorded by the 
listed campuses.
