The purpose of this memorandum is to provide each campus with the 
accounting principles and methods to be used for: 

DRF-Housing Systemwide charges and transfers. 
Transfers and reserve balances-DBMER beginning with the 94/95 fiscal
year. 
This memorandum is intended to provide supporting accounting detail to  
memoranda AD 94-09 and APB 94-04.  Refer to Attachments A through D 
for details.

Please provide copies of this memorandum with attachments to 
appropriate staff on your campus.  If you have any questions related to
