Subject:	1995 Campus Participation Fees Worker's Compensation Process Map


This memo is to notify the campuses listed below that the Chancellor's Office has 
prepared a transfer request to charge each campus for participation in the 1995 
Worker's Compensation Process Map and Best Practices Study.

The campuses include Fresno, Hayward, Long Beach, Sacramento, and San Marcos.

The State Controller has been requested to process the charges with Transfer #959137 
dated December 14, 1995.  The campuses on the attached schedule are requested to make 
appropriate account entries.  This will be a reconciling item with the Controller's 
balances until the Controller issues a journal entry.
