Subject: 1995/96 Charges for Database Services
This memo is to notify the campuses that the Chancellor's Office has prepared a transfer request to charge each campus for database services and access, on-line information subscriptions, and for passwords.
The State Controller has been requested to process the charges with Transfer #959066 dated September 25, 1995. The campuses indicated on the attachment are requested to make the appropriate entries. This will be a reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the Controller issues a journal entry.
