A multi-campus agreement for a development software package for five CSU campuses has 
been established with Sybase, Inc.

The State Controller has been requested to process the charges with Transfer #959065 
dated September 25, 1995.  The campuses are requested to make the appropriate account 
entries indicated on the attachment.  This will be a reconciling item with the Controller's 
balances until the Controller issues a journal entry.
