Subject:	1995/96 Energy Bond Payment


This memo is to notify the campuses that the Chancellor's Office has prepared a Plan of 
Financial Adjustment letter to charge each campus for their Energy Bond Payment for fiscal 
year 1995/96 (see attachment).  Memo B 95-09, 1995/96 Final Budget Allocation Process, 
attachment B, page 4, was sent to each campus Vice President, Finance delineating the base 
budget funding.

The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated for your respective 
campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office account on our Plan of Financial Adjustment, 
PFA No. 959046, dated September 15, 1995.
 
Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  This will be a 
reconciling item with the State Controller's balances until the Controller issues a journal 
entry.
