Charges for Fine Arts Insurance for Fiscal Year 1995/96 for the various campuses are 
indicated on the attached schedule.

The State Controller has been requested to process the charge for each campus with transfer 
#959035 dated September 7, 1995.

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  This will be a 
reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the Controller issues a journal 
entry.
