The attached memo from Thomas W. West explains the charges for the 1995/96 
Operational Support and Computer Usage.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to reflect the charges with Transfer Request 
#959034 dated August 25, 1995.

Campuses are requested to make the appropriate entry.  This will be a reconciling item with 
the Controller's balances until the Controller issues a journal entry.
