Attachment A is a Summary of Assessments for Systemwide Licensed Software.  This 
information was provided in Thomas W. West's memo dated July 26, 1995, copies of 
which were circulated to Vice Presidents, Administration and Computer Center 
Directors.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to reflect the charges for your campus and 
credit the Chancellor's Office account with our Transfer Request #959029 dated 
August 15, 1995.

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  This will be a 
reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the Controller issues a journal 
entry.
