The attached memo from Thomas W. West lists the 1995/96 SIMS charges for your 
campus.

The State Controller has been requested to reflect these charges for your campus and to 
credit the Chancellor's Office account on our Transfer Request #959028 dated August 15, 
1995.

You are requested to make the appropriate entries.  This will be a reconciling item with the 
Controller's balances until the Controller issues a journal entry.
