The attached is a detailed chart of campus ad hoc CIRS reporting costs for April through 
June 1995.  The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated for 
your respective campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office account on our Plan of 
Financial Adjustment, transfer #959009.

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts.  This will be a 
reconciling item with the State Controller's balances until the Controller issues a journal 
entry.
