Subject: 1995/96 Risk Pool Premium
This memorandum is to notify the campuses that the Chancellor's Office has prepared a Plan of Financial Adjustment letter to charge each campus for their Risk Pool premium for fiscal year 1995/96. Each campus vice president/administration was sent an invoice delineating the charges.
The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated for your respective campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office account on our Plan of Financial Adjustment, PFA No. 959003, dated August 3, 1995.
Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts. This will be a reconciling item with the State Controller's balances until the Controller issues a journal entry.
