Attached is a copy of the June 22, 1995 memo from Richard West informing the campuses 
of their share of the cost for the Risk Pool Formation Consultant.



We have requested the State Controller to process the charge of $12,682 for each campus 
with Transfer No. 959002.  Campuses should make the appropriate entries in their 
accounts.  This will be a reconciling item with the Controller's Balances until the 
Controller issues a journal entry.
