Distribution of Graduate and Postbaccalaureate Application Costs for 1995/96 
are indicated on Attachment A.

Reprinting costs for Graduate Application for 1994/95 are indicated on 
Attachment B.

The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated for 
your campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office account on our Plan of 
Financial Adjustment, PFA 667, dated June 2, 1995.

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts. This 
will be a reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the Controller 
issues a journal entry.
