Attachment A reflects Pro Rata Charges of Income and Expenditures on 
systemwide office records for the period ending May 31, 1995.  Any 
additional Pro Rata Charges of Income and Expenditures for June 1995 will 
be reflected next fiscal year.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to make the transfer 
indicated on Attachment A with PFA #9212 for revenue and PFA #9213 for 
expenditures.  The journal entries described on Attachment A should be 
recorded by the campus.
