Attachment A reflects Pro Rata Charges of Expenditures on systemwide 
office records for the period ending May 31, 1995.  Any additional Pro Rata 
Charges of Expenditures for June 1995 will be reflected next fiscal year.

We have requested the State Controller's Office to make the transfer 
indicated on Attachment A with PFA #9193.  The journal entries described 
on Attachment A should be recorded by the campus.
