Printing costs for the 1995/96 Undergraduate Application for Admission 
Booklets for the various campuses are indicated on the reverse side of this 
letter.

The State Controller has been requested to reflect the charges indicated for 
your campus and to credit the Chancellor's Office account on our Plan of 
Financial Adjustment, PFA 663, dated May 8, 1995.

Campuses are requested to make appropriate entries in their accounts. This 
will be a reconciling item with the Controller's balances until the Controller 
issues a journal entry.
